Workstation Status

The "Workstation Status" function is intended to provide an overview of workstation statuses and the current balance for the store in which the user is logged in. A "Workstation Status" report can be printed.

Procedure

The application will start with the filters set to the default values (current date).

Workstation Overview

Workstation	Workstation ID
Connection Status	Connection status of the workstation (online, offline)
Last Connection	Timestamp of the last connection
Drawer Status	Drawer status code
Cashier	Full name and worker ID of last logged-in cashier
Last Login	Timestamp of the last login
Current Cash Balance	Current cash balance of the workstation in main currency

Action	Description
Refresh	Refreshes the data displayed in the table.
Reset	Resets the search criteria to the default values.
Go	Refreshes the page and displays the result list according to the currently defined filter criteria.
Hide Bar	Hides or displays the filter bar.
Report	Creates a Workstation Status Report as a PDF. The PDF will be displayed in a new browser tab (depending on the browser config) and can be printed from there. This tab can be closed afterwards. The function itself stays in the current state.

You will see a list with all workstations of the current store, for the current date.

Use the available filters to narrow down the search. Confirm the criteria by clicking on Go.

The Workstation Status Overview can be printed by using the button Report. If you click a row, the Tender Balance Overview of the selected workstation is opened. This overview can also be printed by using the button Report.
