Reports Archive
The Reports Archive function shows all reports in the archive for a specific business unit group according to the selection criteria.
When the function is called, the filter "Creation Date from/to" is filled with the current date and a ll relevant reports for the current date are displayed in the table.

The filter bar is the first part of the dialog " Report Overview" .

The report types can be selected in the pop-up " Report Type Selection " where the report types are grouped by report groups. It is possible to select one or multiple report groups or report types.
Report Result
The found reports are displayed in the table and sorted by date in descending order. It is possible to sort the list by another column (ascending/descending), see the dialog "Sorting" .
The reports can have a different format, e.g. PDF, RTF. For all report formats, it is possible to click on the icon in the field "Report". The "Open/Save dialog" is displayed.
Reports in PDF format:
It is possible to select multiple reports. If at least one report is selected, the "View" button is enabled. If the "View" button is pressed, the selected report is displayed in the "Report Preview" . If multiple reports are selected, all selected reports are sorted by date in descending order and combined into one PDF file. This file is displayed in the " Report Preview ".
The selected report is also displayed in the " Report Preview " after clicking on the arrow at the end of the row.
Reports in other formats:
Checkboxes are disabled and it is not possible to click on the arrow with the selected report.
