Search Customer Order

Not Supported: MPOS Size S MPOS Size M ONEX Stationary POS

This function allows you to search for a customer order in order to extend, cancel or display it, as needed.

  • If no customer has been entered yet, the dialog for customer entry appears.
  • Enter the customer card number manually or scan the customer card. If necessary, you can use Customer Search to search for and enter the desired customer.
  • All the customer orders found are displayed in a table.

At this point, four options are available:

  • You can select Extend Customer Order to add more items.
  • You can select Cancel Customer Order to cancel the customer order.
  • You can select Show Customer Order to view the included items.
  • You can cancel the function.
