Cancel Customer Order

Not Supported: MPOS Size S MPOS Size M ONEX Stationary POS

Customer orders can be canceled using one of the following functions:

Show Customer Order
Search Customer Order

Depending on the function used, you will be prompted to enter the order number or customer number. Two options are available:

Cancelation of the complete order

To cancel the complete customer order, press Select All.
The entry dialog will be displayed. Close the receipt as usual.

Voiding of single line items

Select the line item to be voided. The selected line items will be highlighted.
You can remove the selection by selecting the items again.
Select all line items to be voided.
Close your selection by pressing Exit Selection.
The entry dialog will be displayed. Close the receipt as usual.

To exit the function without voiding any line items, press Cancel. The selling screen will be displayed.
