Customer Details

This function is used to display detailed customer data. Select the customer details panel on the left. The customer details panel is only available after a customer has been entered. The following categories of customer data exist:

Transactions

This section shows the customer's suspended transactions.

Orders

This section shows the last performed customer orders.

History

The history shows the customer's last performed transactions.

Bonus Points

This section shows the customer's current bonus points balance.

Contact Info

This section contains the customer's address and contact data.

Layaway

The Layaway tab shows the customer's current layaways. You can void layaways, extend a layaway's expiration date, or enter down payments. For more information on layaways, see chapter Special Functions.
