Clear Customer Account

Not Supported:

This function is used to clear a customer account. Both pay-in and pay-out can be carried out for the customer account.

• If no customer has been entered yet, the dialog for customer entry will be displayed. Enter the customer card number manually or scan the customer card. If necessary, you can use Customer Search to search for and enter the desired customer.
• The dialog for performing a pay-in to the customer account will be displayed.
• The field Open Amount is shown. This amount includes any open line items.
• The field Amount is shown, too. Enter the amount to be credited to the customer account.

The payment mask will be displayed. The customer is able to make the payment for the pay-in item as usual.
