Overview of Change Processes 

The following tables provide an overview of the change processes.

Assignment of Generic CRM Business and Change Processes

The following table provides an overview of the assignment of generic CRM business and change processes.

You can map the processes marked with an asterix (*) from SAP CRM to SAP ERP. These processes no longer exist in SAP CRM because they are covered by the generic processes.

You map these processes as follows:

●      Create a change process that is derived from the required process and assign it to the corresponding generic process

In the case of the REPO process: Create the derived change process ZREP (Repossession) and assign it to the business process TERM.

●      To assign the corresponding ERP process, assign the ZREP change process in the BAdI assignment delivered to the REPO ERP process

Overview of Change Processes and Their Characteristics

The following change processes are available.

The table columns contain the following information:

■       Change Process: Technical name

■       During Term: The change process is executed during the lease term

■       End of Term: The change process is executed at the end of the lease term

■       Without Fin. Char.: The change process does not have financing character; it is a terminating change process

■       With Fin. Char.: The change process has financing character

■       For Same Item: The change process is executed for the same item

■       Options: You can use options to execute the change process

■       Header: The change process is executed at header level

■       Item: The change process is executed at item level
