Operational/Exercise Relationships All direct assignments of force elements, positions, and persons to a force element in operational structures/exercise targets.
You use these assignments to map the integration of force elements, positions, and persons in operational structures/exercise targets.

. These texts override the names of the relationship directions.
You enter the following properties for an assignment:

Assigned as of

The validity period (to the day) of the assignment.
Object Status/Object Status (Text)
The status of the assigned object.
Valid from

Valid to
The validity period of the assigned object.
Relationship Text
A description of the relationship.
Relationship Status/Relationship Status (Text)
The status of the relationship.

For operation/exercise relationships 823 and 826 only:
Operation ID
orExercise ID
The name and object ID of the operation or exercise from which the assigned contingent originates.
Contingent/Contingent ID
The name and object ID of the assigned contingent .
Note that in certain circumstances, the display of relationships without contingent assignments has been prevented by the user settings .
Force Provider/Force Provider ID
The name and object ID of the force provider.
The force element assigned as the force provider is responsible for initially equipping the force element with personnel and materials. See also Determination of the Supplier and Personnel Assignment .
Initial Personnel Supplier/PIS ID
The name and object ID of the initial supplier of personnel.
Other than the force provider, you can assign a force element as the initial supplier of personnel, if required.
Initial Material Supplier/MIS ID
The name and object ID of the initial supplier of material.
Other than the force provider, you can assign a force element as the initial supplier of materials, if required.
Relationship Inherited from/Inheritance ID
The name and object ID of the force element from which the contingent assignment was inherited.
Force elements that were copied to an operational structure from the organizational structure can inherit contingent assignments from their higher-level force element.
The system checks whether the force element that is assigned as the force provider and initial supplier of material and/or persons is active. See also Checks for Status Change . When the force provider is changed, a follow-up action can be started.
