There are numerous reports available to you in the Recruitment component. Using these reports, you can create statistical reports or lists on the following data:

You may create your own reports in addition to these. Generic reporting tools can be found in the Human Resources component. For information on how to create reports, see the Human Resources Information System documentation under Structure link HR in the InfoSet Query.
