You can use this report to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment instruments.
Features
The system can determine the effectiveness of recruitment instruments in the following ways:
You can perform various interactive functions in the output screen. For example, you can go directly to
Applicant Statistics (Report RPAPL005) or Advertisements (Report RPAPL006).To access the report from the Recruitment application, choose from the SAP Easy Access menu: Human Resources ® Recruitment ® Advertising ® Recruitment instrum. ® Evaluate.
You can also access this report from one of the Information Systems (for example, the Recruitment information system or the Human Resources information system) by choosing Recruitment instruments.
In both cases, the report’s full range of features is available.

The selection screen contains the fields Recruitment instrument and Medium.

You would like to know which of the recruitment instruments used by your company have resulted in the most applications. The Recruitment Instruments report enables you to display the number of applications per recruitment instrument.
