Job Advertisements (Report RPAPL006)

Use

You can use this report to generate a list of job advertisements.

Features

You can create the list of advertisements according to various criteria. For example, you can display all advertisements that your enterprise has placed for one vacancy, or all advertisements published within a particular period in a particular recruitment instrument (for example, in a daily newspaper).

You can access the report in the Recruitment application by choosing in the SAP Easy Access menu: Human Resources ® Recruitment ® Advertising ® Advertisement ® Evaluate or in one of the information systems (or example, the Recruitment information system or the Human Resources information system).

You can perform various interactive functions in the output list.

You can use the following selection criteria for the report:

The output list contains the following columns:

Activities

If you run the report from the application, you can perform additional functions for individual applicants. For details on the procedure, see Perform Interactive Functions in Recruitment Reports.

Example

You would like to know which advertisements your company has published in the past six months. The Job Advertisements report enables you to select all advertisements published within a specific period.
