Use

You can use this report to display a list of all planned activities that a particular personnel officer is to perform by a certain date.

Features

You can send e-mails to the personnel officer and, if required, to the persons responsible for the activity and the reference activity. You can set planned activities to Completed.

Note

If you want to take advantage of the full range of functions available, run the report in the Recruitment application. To access the report, choose the following path from the SAP Easy Access screen: Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Activity ® Planned Activities.

If you access the report from information systems (for example, the Recruitment information system or the Human Resources information system), the range of functions available is restricted. Please also note that you can only use the interactive functions in the output list if you run the report from the Recruitment application.

Selection

The Period and Selection areas contain the standard Recruitment selection fields.

In the Reference section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.

Note

If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.
