Use
This report enables you to generate a list of data on applicants’ education and training.
Features
You can access this report in the information systems (for example, the Recruitment information system or the Human Resources information system).
Selection
The Period and Selection areas contain the
standard Recruitment selection fields.In the Reference section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.
If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.
You can also enter the following data in the selection screen:
Output
The output is an interactive list in the format that is usual for the SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control.
Activities
The output list contains interactive functions that you can use to process and pass on the list. For details on the procedure, see the Getting Started documentation, by choosing Lists

You would like to know which of the applicants who applied in response to a certain job advertisement have a chemistry diploma. The Applicants' Education and Training report enables you to select the relevant applicants.
