Use

You can use this report to generate a list of the applications received and entered in the SAP System.

You can use this report to display applications such as:

In addition, you can perform interactive functions from the output list. You can, for example, create additional data for an applicant or go directly to an applicant’s short profile.

Note

If you want to take advantage of the full range of functions available, run the report in the Recruitment application. To run the report, choose the following path from the SAP Easy Access screen: Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Appl.master data ® Bulk processing ® Applications.

If you access the report from Information Systems (for example, the Recruitment information system or the Human Resources information system), the range of functions available is restricted. Please also note that you can only use the interactive functions in the output list if you run the report from the Recruitment application.

Selection

The Period and Selection areas contain the standard Recruitment selection fields.

In the Reference section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.

Note

If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.

The output list contains the following columns:

Activities

If you run the report from the application, you can perform additional functions for individual applicants. For details on the procedure, see Perform Interactive Functions in Recruitment Reports.

Example

You have published a job advertisement. Four weeks after publication, you would like to know which applications have been received. The Applications report enables you to select all applicants who have replied to an advertisement by a certain key date.
