Use
You can use this report to generate a list of vacancy assignments.
Features
You can use this report to display an overview of vacancy assignments. You can also use it to generate a worklist for yourself. The output list contains several interactive functions that you can use to further process applicant data.
If you want to take advantage of the full range of functions available, run the report in the Recruitment application. To access the report, choose the following path from the SAP Easy Access screen: Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Appl.master data ® Bulk processing ® Vac.assignment list.
If you access the report from Information Systems (for example, the Recruitment information system or the Human Resources information system), the range of functions available is restricted. Please also note that you can only use the interactive functions in the output list of you run the report from the Recruitment application.
Selection
The Period and Selection areas contain the
standard Recruitment selection fields.In the Reference section you specify whether you want applicants who have been assigned reference personnel numbers to be taken into account, and if so, which ones.
If you define a reference personnel number, the output list displays only the applicants who have been assigned a reference personnel number.

You would like to know which applicants are still being processed for a particular vacancy. The Vacancy Assignments report enables you to select the relevant applicants.
