Use
You can use this report to generate a list of vacancies.
Features
You can process the vacancies in the output list further.
If you access the report from the SAP Easy Access menu by choosing Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Selection Procedure ® Applicant Pool ® Via positions, the output list only displays vacancies that were created in Organizational Management. For these vacancies, you can use the requirements profile to find a suitable applicant, for example.
If you access the report from the SAP Easy Access menu by choosing Human Resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Advertising ® Advertisement ® Evaluate or in one of the information systems (for example, the Recruitment information system or the Human Resources information system), all vacancies are available. For these vacancies, you can find suitable applicants by choosing Find candidate from the output list, for example.
Selection
In the Period section, you can enter a data selection period. The system selects all data records that are valid in the selected period.

The output list contains the following columns:
This column indicates whether the vacancy was created in Organizational Management or in Recruitment. Vacancies that were created in Organizational Management are denoted with a
This column indicates whether a requirements profile was created for the position. If a vacancy has a requirements profile, you can go directly to it.
