Supported User Roles for Shared Workspace

You can configure a shared workspace with multiple users and assign them with any of the supported user roles.

The tool supports following roles for users in a shared workspace.

User Roles

Description

Administrator

Administrator is the collaborator for all the projects in the workspace, who can create new projects, files and can also add new users to the workspace.

Collaborator

Collaborator can create new projects and objects, but cannot add any user to the workspace.

Viewer

Viewer have read only permission, with which the viewer can see all the existing projects and objects.
