Forced Logout - 01190202319

This function performs the forced logout of drawers which have generated receipts for the current accounting period and which cannot be accounted because of offline situations. The forced logout of such drawers is a precondition for performing drawer accounting.

Invoice Printing - 01190200001

This function is used to print an invoice for a sales receipt or a duplicate of an already printed invoice on an A4-printer. If the customer data are necessary for the invoice, a customer can be searched for in the customer data or a new customer can be added. Finally, the selected customer is assigned to the invoice. If a customer was already assigned to the sales receipt or to the original invoice, then this customer is taken over to the invoice.

The customer is also able to receive an invoice, but without their customer data being saved in the master data. This is the case when the customer rejects the storage of their data (data privacy policy).

Use Cases

  • Print invoice of a sales receipt and assign customer data to the invoice (search for customer or create new customer).
  • Print invoice of a sales receipt with customer data, but without saving data in master data (data privacy policy).
  • Print a duplicate of an invoice.

Transaction Monitoring UI5 - 01190200002

The Transaction Monitoring function is used to monitor the processing status of individual transactions and processes. It also allows the user to start processing all types of finished transactions again if the processing failed for any reason, either on the GK system or on the way to ERP.

Note:
The function has a major impact on the database, so it should be used by an experienced user with administrator rights.

Transaction Monitoring is a global function. It is possible to run reprocessing for the selected store within the tenant to which the user is logged.

The user can trigger reprocessing of one or more transactions for selected processes with one limitation: transactions that are not mentioned in the configuration of safe processes can only be reprocessed if their status is failed.

Note:
The function is not intended to be used on a mobile device, but mobile devices are supported with limited functionality (tooltips for GUI elements and warning icons are not visible).
