Refund Down Payments

To refund a down payment, proceed as follows:

• Press the corresponding button.
• Search for the layaway order for which you want to refund the down payment. You can search for receipt date, store, POS number and receipt number.
  Note:

  The receipt number can be scanned via the barcode on the layaway receipt.

  The Refund Down Payment dialog opens.

• Enter the down payment amount to be refunded and press OK.

  The POS checks whether the entered amount is equal to or less than the maximum possible refund amount.

  If the amount is valid, the payment screen is opened.

• Finish the refund.
