Tender Pickup

Not Supported: MPOS Size S MPOS Size M

A tender pickup serves to decrease the tender amount in the drawer. From the cashier's point of view, tender pickup means that tenders are removed from the drawer in a documented, traceable manner, and are submitted to the safe.

The following prerequisites are required for tender pickup:

The cashier is logged in and a line item has not yet been entered for the current receipt.

The cashier has already received tenders.

The drawer opens immediately and the tender data entry dialog appears.

  • Enter the amount of money to be picked up.
  • You can make your entries using Notes, Coins, Rolls, Amount or Foreign Currencies.
  • Press the corresponding buttons. Press the button Apply to display the tender pickup summary.

At this point, it is still possible to change your entries. This returns you to the screen above, where you can change or complete your entries. A tender pickup receipt will be created and printed to document the tender pickup performed.
