Installation and Customizing for Integration Landscapes

Use

This section contains information on the structure of the integration landscape with SAPCRM and SAPTelecommunicationsRM-CA (SAPIS-T/RM-CA).

Prerequisites

You have an unconfigured CRM System and an RM-CA System in which the basic Customizing settings (organizational data, product data and business partners etc) have already been made. The Telecom Sales application (enhanced CRM Internet Sales application) has been added to this system landscape. You have installed the following mySAPCRM components:

  • Text Retrieval and Classification (TREX)

  • Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE)

  • Internet Pricing Configurator (IPC)

Implementation Considerations
