Telecom Sales

Telecom Sales is based on the standard Internet Sales CRM functionality, to which telecommunication-specific functions have been added. Telco products, services and objects (such as the telephone number, SIM card etc) can be entered and processed further in a CRM contract in a structured manner. An XML interface can also be used to trigger activation processes using a billing system in the network or to schedule product change and termination processes at a specific time.
