Transaction Replication

To ensure that delivery items for a service contract are replicated in an SD order correctly, you require correct compatible settings in the organizational structure, the business partner and product and settings that are associated with the transaction. These must be reconciled with the corresponding settings in the RM-CA System (the transaction type and the order type should have the same name for example).

CRM:

  • Create a subscription in the administration console for transaction replication.

    Caution Caution

    To filter transaction types for replication using defined criteria, the subscription must contain the BUS_TRANSACTION_MESSAGE replication, which in turn must have the Simple intelligent (msg) replication.

The following telecommunications-specific objects are found in the standard CRM system shipped:

  • IS-T service contract (transaction type IST1)

  • IS-T item categories

    IS-T item categories are used to represent the following functions:

    • Control whether it is a purchase or rental item

    • Use specialist IS-T requirements to determine condition types in the pricing procedure.

    • Control actions for delivering rental equipment.

      The ISR* item categories are available for rental items and the ISS* item categories are available for order items. The ISS0 item category is only differentiated from ISR0 in the CRM customer order item item object category. The ISS1 item category is used for rental items that are relevant to delivery.
