As long as you do not save the capacity data, you can go back to the original state by resetting a capacity .

1. In the Work centers area menu choose Capacity ® Create or Change.

The Initial screen appears.

2. Enter either a work center capacity (only possible in change mode) or a work center independent capacity.
3. Choose Enter.

1. In Work center maintenance choose Goto ® Capacity ® Overview.

• assign or delete capacity categories to/from work center capacities

• you edit formulas for capacity categories so that the system can calculate capacity requirements

• you maintain the distribution key for capacity requirements.

• you determine whether a work center independent capacity should be a pooled capacity

• you maintain the standard avaialble capacity and planning details for capacity planning

• you maintain links to individual capacities or HR objects, for example people

• you determine the active version of the available capacity

• you display standard available capacities and existing intervals of available capacity

• you can maintain further alternative available capacities in different available capacity versions, using intervals of available capacity.

• you change shifts or shift sequences in the intervals of available capacity .

• you can determine the available capacity for a capacity by cumulation (only for work center capacities).

• the available capacities of the various capacity categories or available capacity versions are displayed as a list.

• you can display graphically the available capacities in a available capacity version
