Interval of Available Capacity: Editing Shifts

  1. In the Intervals of available capacity screen place the cursor on the interval of available capacity whose shifts you want to edit.

    2. You can only change the Standard avaialble capacity in the header screeen

  2. Choose Edit ® Choose.

    3. The Shifts screen appears.

  3. Maintain the shifts either manually or by entering a shift sequence

You can edit shift times even if a shift definition exists by deleting the definition and choosing Enter.

Adding New Shifts

  1. In the Shifts screen choose Edit ® New entries.
  2. Enter the necessary data.

Inserting New Shifts

  1. In the Shifts screen place the cursor on the shift, in front of which you want to insert the new shift.
  2. Choose Edit ®Insert.
  3. Enter the necessary data.

Copying Shifts

  1. In the Shifts screen place the cursor on the shift you want to copy.
  2. Choose Edit ® Copy.
    1. The Copy Shift Parameters dialog box appears.
  3. Enter the number of the day and the shift, to which the data is to be copied
  4. Choose Enter.
