Creating Intervals of Available Capacity

  1. In the Intervals of available capacity screen decide which available capacity version, you want to edit.
  2. Choose Edit ®Insert.

    3. The Add Interval of Available Capacity dialog box appears.

  3. Enter the validity period for the interval of available capacity.
  4. If necessary set the Workdays indicator.
  5. If necessary enter default values for the number of individual capacities and the rate of capacity utilization
  6. Enter the name of the shift sequence or the cycle duration and the number of shifts. Choose Enter.

If you use a shift sequence, you must enter the grouping to which the shift sequence belongs in the header screen.

If you use a shift sequence, the shift duration and number of shifts are determined automatically.

the Shifts screen appears

If necessary, maintain the shifts You can add or insert extra shifts

If you enter a shift sequence...

The Intervals Of Available Capacity screen appears.

The existing intervals of available capacity are displayed If necessary, maintain the shifts of the inteval of available capacity.
