Payroll Scenario 

For this scenario to be used, SAP CAMPBELL Time & Attendance must create the data required for SAP HR Payroll.

SAP CAMPBELL Time Evaluation transfers valuated time types to the head office.

An additional minimum time evaluation has been configured in SAP HR. It is only used to update time accounts. Attendance types valuated in SAP CAMPBELL must be represented in an individual schema in wage types. This schema, which is not part of the standard system, can be used in either Time Evaluation or Payroll.

This scenario contains the following processes:

Master Data Maintenance

The store manager edits the most important master data (such as organizational assignment) and personnel actions in accordance with the head office, or in an approval procedure. This data is uploaded to the head office in SAP HR Personnel Administration on a daily basis. The head office confirms that the personnel action has been successfully processed.

Shift Planning

The SAP Retail System in the head office sends data relevant to personnel requirements (such as business volume plans, projected business volume) to the SAP CAMPBELL StaffWorks Shift Planning System in the retail store. A transfer of data collected from shipping notifications, inventories, and planned campaigns is currently in development. SAP CAMPBELL StaffWorks uses this data, and data taken from the POS interface to create a distribution of the workload, according to activities and jobs. The store manager can then use this information as a basis to create a cost-effective weekly work schedule for his/her employees with SAP CAMPBELL StaffWorks.

Time Recording

Retail stores use SAP CAMPELL Time & Attendance for time recording purposes. Retail stores use SAP CAMPELL Time & Attendance to correct time events.

Time Evaluation

Time evaluation is run in SAP CAMPELL Time & Attendance. SAP HR only updates time accounts during time evaluation. You can only determine overtime for employees in more than one store during payroll.
