Recording Times and Correcting Time Events with SAP CAMPBELL
Purpose
You implement SAP CAMPBELL Time & Attendance in retail stores in order to record employees’ attendances and absences, and to correct time events. This data is then used as the basis for time evaluation and payroll.
Prerequisites
You have created weekly work schedules, and recorded employee master data with SAP CAMPBELL StaffWorks.
- You have imported time events from the retail store’s time recording terminals in SAP CAMPBELL Time & Attendance.
Process Flow
Employees record clock-in/clock-out times, as well as break times as time events at time recording terminals. This data is later transferred to SAP CAMPBELL Time & Attendance.
The store manager checks this time data in SAP CAMPBELL Time & Attendance, and edits it, if necessary.
The store manager must manually enter any uncalculated information, such as supplements, bonuses, absences, illnesses, and leave.
The data can be transferred to SAP HR, and can be processed in Time Evaluation.
Result
You have recorded time events and other time data with SAP CAMPBELL Time & Attendance, either automatically, or manually.
Technical Background
Attendances can be transferred to SAP HR in one of many ways:
