Time Evaluation with SAP CAMPBELL

Purpose

Time Evaluation in SAP CAMPBELL Time & Attendance determines wage types from the results of time recording, on the basis of configurable time evaluation rules.

To check the time events, the store manager runs time evaluation in SAP CAMPBELL Time & Attendance. Depending on whether or not payroll-relevant data is to be created or not, you can integrate Time Evaluation differently in each business situation.

Prerequisites

You have recorded time events, and have imported them from the local terminals via the relevant interface. You have also checked and corrected the time events.

You have recorded additional attendances/absences, such as off-site work, or illnesses.

Process Flow

The store manager runs time evaluation.

The evaluation calculates total time, on the basis of hours worked. The times are grouped in time wage types (such as standard work, overtime, and so on), in accordance with time evaluation rules.

The results can be used

For further processing in Payroll. If payroll-relevant data is created in the results of time evaluation, a payroll scenario is created.

SAP CAMPBELL StaffWorks is used for immediate evaluations in retail stores. If only data for local reporting is created in the results of time evaluation, a SAP CAMPBELL scenario is created.

Result

You have determined time wage types from time events.
