要使用 SAP Alert Notification 服务，您必须启用该服务并配置租用和警报。例如，您可以创建条件来接收一个或多个应用程序或版本升级的通知。可以使用电子邮件、Slack 和其他渠道使用通知。

订阅移动服务警报¶

使用面向 SAP Business Technology Platform 的 SAP Alert Notification 服务接收有关移动服务警报的通知。

用户必须启用 Alert Notification 服务，并配置订阅和警报（无法通过 SAP 移动服务主控室管理订阅和警报）。

必须启用警报，且必须为应用程序配置警报级别。

订阅证书到期通知¶

您可以为与移动服务一起使用的多个证书创建证书到期警报，并使用 SAP Alert Notification 服务 (ANS) 接收有关警报的通知。有关服务的信息，请参阅面向 SAP BTP[(https://help.sap.com/docs/alert-notification?version=Cloud) 的 ]SAPAlert Notification 服务。

在收到证书到期警报之前，您必须：

配置完成后，您将在以下情况下收到推送 APNS、服务密钥和连接性目标的证书警报：

要配置警报和通知：

在移动应用程序空间添加警报通知实例以接收警报消息。添加警报订阅并将条件设置为 eventType isEqualsTo MobileServicesCertificateExpiration。

使用 SAP 移动服务主控室 我的警报在租户级别管理对事件或故障日志事件的移动服务租用，并访问发行说明。您可以在 SAP SAP Business Technology Platform Alert Notification 服务中创建条件以接收这些警报的持续通知。

您必须启用 Alert Notification 服务并配置租用和警报以接收事件和故障日志的持续警报通知。为方便起见，在租用事件或故障日志时提供了警报条件的格式。

在 SAP 移动服务主控室中，选择我的警报。

您可以通过设置筛选器来缩小要查看的事件焦点，例如时间范围和类别（服务器端搜索）；发送至 ANS 和租用名称（本地搜索）。您还可以选择筛选掉 0 个消息租用筛选掉没有消息标题的消息租用，以清理视图（本地搜索）。选择执行以开始搜索，然后选择重置筛选器以清除筛选器条目。

基于所选筛选器显示事件列表。左侧带有蓝色突出显示的任何行指示自上次查看租用以来收到的新消息或未读消息。

我的事件

列	描述
最新消息时间 (UTC)	为租用接收的最后一条消息的时间。
计数	在所选时间范围内为租用接收的消息总计数。
类别	租用的事件类别，包括事件日志、故障日志、发行说明或全部。
最新消息标题	为租用接收的最新消息标题。
租用名称	租用名称已分配至事件。
发送至 ANS	是否将事件发送到 Alert Notification 服务。
ANS 过期 (UTC)	标识 Alert Notification 服务租用何时过期。
操作	您可以执行的操作，例如编辑、删除或延长租用。如果租用距过期还有一个月，您可以再延长三个月。新日期反映在 ANS 过期列中。
