Detail Area

In the detail area on the right-hand side of the screen the system displays specific detailed information and properties for an entry selected in the hierarchy of a nursing plan, in tab page form.

The tab pages which the system provides depend on the corresponding characteristic of the selected nursing plan entry (entry) and the nursing plan entry type (entry type).

If the selected entry is an item, the system will also take into account the basic catalog category of the selected entry. This means the valid set defines which additional detailed information and properties you can enter and edit for a selected entry.

Example Example

The system administrator defines a monitoring configuration in the basic catalog set. The system displays the Evaluations tab page.

Such detailed information which the system administrator also assigned to the "General” basic catalog category are category-independent.

A green LED on the corresponding tab page signalizes that data exists for this tab page.

Nursing Plan

The following tab pages are available for the “nursing plan” entry type:

Tab Page	What You Should Know
Details	The system displays general detailed information such as, for example, name, description, status, for the selected entry. In the User-Specific Presettings you or the system administrator define that the system should display this tab page as standard when opening the nursing plan. See Nursing Plan Tab Page You choose (Technical Properties) to display technical data such as, for example, the creation user, creation time, change user, change time.
Items	The system displays one tab page for each basic main catalog defined in the valid set. The tab pages receive the name of the basic main catalogs. Once you have selected a tab page the system displays all items of the selected basic main catalog which already exist under the selected entry.
Updates	On this tab page you can see all updates which you have already executed with this nursing plan. See Updating
Evaluations	The system displays this tab page for a nursing plan if the system administrator has stored a monitoring configuration in the valid set for at least one block which you use in this nursing plan for at least one main catalog of the basic catalog set which you use in this nursing plan On this tab page you can see all planned and executed evaluations of the nursing plan (of items and of blocks), which are not canceled. You can use this to execute a mass evaluation. See Evaluations

Evaluations	If the system administrator has stored a monitoring configuration in the valid set for the selected block, the system displays this tab page. On this tab page you can see all planned and executed evaluations of the selected block, which are not canceled. See Evaluations
Information	If the system administrator has stored an URL assignment in the standard nursing plan profile for the selected block, the system displays this tab page.

Nursing Plan Item (Item)

The following tab pages are available for the “nursing plan item” entry type:

Tab Page	What You Should Know
Details	See Details tab page under “nursing plan” entry type The following also applies here: If you have selected an item of the “nursing procedure” basic catalog category, the system will also display the Cycle group box. See Cycle Processing
Connections	The system only displays this tab page if one or more catalog assignment definitions exist in the basic catalog of the item you selected at least one of these assigned basic catalogs is defined as a main catalog in the valid set On this tab page you can also see all existing connections for the selected item. Select (Create Connection) and in the subsequent drop-down menu select the item which you wish to connect with the selected item. The system will propose the following items for connections in the drop-down menu: Items which already exist in the nursing plan as items Items which exist in the catalog assignment definition of the basic catalog of the item you selected Furthermore you can cancel connections. Properties	The system displays one tab page for each property catalog. A prerequisite is that the property catalogs in the valid set are assigned to the main catalog of the selected item. The tab pages receive the name of the property catalogs. Once you have selected a tab page the system displays the properties of the selected property catalog which already exist under the selected entry in the nursing plan. On the Overview tab page the system also displays the properties of all assigned property catalogs which already exist under the selected item in the nursing plan. You can create properties and cancel them. See Canceling Entries
Evaluations	If the system administrator has stored a monitoring configuration in the valid set for the selected item in the main catalog of the valid set, the system displays this tab page. On this tab page you can see all planned and executed evaluations of the selected item, which are not canceled. See Evaluations
Suspensions	If you have selected an item of the ”nursing procedure“ basic catalog category, the system will display the Suspensions tab page.
Services	If you have selected an item of the ”nursing procedure“ basic catalog category, the system will display this tab page. On this tab page you can see all existing planned nursing services for the selected item. See Nursing Service Documentation in the Nursing Process Documentation
Information	If the system administrator has stored an URL assignment in the basic catalog for the selected item, the system displays this tab page.

Property of Nursing Plan Item (Property)

If you select a property in the navigation area, the system will display the tab pages for the superordinate item in the detail area, but will immediately open the Properties tab page. The processing options correspond to those of the item.

Connection of a Nursing Plan Item (Connection)

If you select a connection in the navigation area, the system opens the tab pages for the item belonging to the connection, in the detail area.

Activities

You double-click on an entry in the hierarchy of the nursing plan or select an entry in this and choose (Show Details). In the screen area on the right-hand side the system opens the detail view for the selected entry.

Caution Caution

Note that the system only saves the data you enter or change when you save the nursing plan.
