Maintain User-Specific Presettings
Using the user-specific presettings you can predefine user-specific criteria for the system behavior in the following components.
In the Medication
component you influence the behavior of the drug search with user-specific presettings. When you execute a drug search, the system presets the search criteria according to the user-specific presettings.

You can call the detail dialog for editing the user-specific presettings from the drug search. System administration can also edit the user-specific presettings in the Implementation Guide

In the Nursing Process Documentation
component you influence the behavior of the nursing plans and nursing services with user-specific presettings.
When you call nursing plans and nursing services, the user-specific presettings influence the display and presetting.
You can call the detail dialog for editing the user-specific presettings from the nursing plans and nursing services. System administration can also edit the user-specific presettings in the Implementation Guide
under .
The user-specific presettings are divided into the following areas:
Overview Dialog
The overview dialog is only available if you call the function from the implementation guide as the system administrator. From the overview you can branch to the detail dialog for a specific user and edit the user-specific presettings there.
The following functions are available in the overview:
Create New Entry
This function is available for creating presettings for users. You enter a user and access the detail dialog.
Change Entry
This function is available for changing the user-specific presettings of a user (selected entry).
Delete Entry
You can use this function to delete the user-specific presettings of a user (selected entry).
Copy Entry
You can use this function to copy the user-specific presettings of a user (selected entry).
Detail Dialog
In the detail dialog you can edit the user-specific presettings. You call the detail dialog from the drug search or as the system administrator from the overview of user-specific presettings.
