Evaluations
An evaluation of an entry is an additionally detailed description of the status of an entry at a specific time. You can also evaluate blocks as well as items in the nursing plan.
Evaluations can be planned. The system administrator can configure the different assessment scales for different basic catalog sets or for different main catalogs of the basic catalog set.
The system administrator must have stored a monitoring configuration in the valid set as follows:
for blocks in the basic catalog set or
for the corresponding main catalog of the basic catalog set
If the system should display the Evaluations
tab page as standard when opening the nursing plan, you or the system administrator must control this in the User-Specific Presettings. See Nursing Plan Tab Page
The following functions are available on the Evaluations
tab page for the entry types “nursing plan”, “nursing plan block” and “nursing plan item”:
Execute Evaluation
You select a planned evaluation and choose
(Execute Evaluation
).
In the subsequent dialog box you enter the necessary actual data of the evaluation such as, for example, the evaluation date and evaluation time.
In this dialog box you can simultaneously plan the next evaluation. To do this you enter the necessary planned evaluation data such as, for example, the planned date and planned time.
You choose Continue
to execute the selected planned evaluation and simultaneously plan the next evaluation.
Cancel Evaluation
You select an evaluation and choose
(Cancel Evaluation
).
You confirm the cancellation in the subsequent dialog box.
The Change Evaluation
function is also available for the "nursing plan" entry type. This corresponds to the Display/Change Evaluation
function in a nursing plan block or in a nursing plan item.
The following functions are also available for the “nursing plan block” and “nursing plan item” entry types:
Plan Evaluation
Choose the symbol with the quick info text Plan Evaluation
.
In the subsequent dialog box you enter the necessary planned evaluation data such as, for example, the planned date and planned time, and choose Continue
to plan an evaluation.
Create Ad Hoc Evaluation
You choose
(Create Ad Hoc Evaluiation
).
In the subsequent dialog box you enter the necessary evaluation data such as, for example, the evaluation date and evaluation time.
In this dialog box you can simultaneously plan the next evaluation. To do this you enter the necessary planned evaluation data such as, for example, the planned date and planned time.
You choose Continue
to create the evaluation and simultaneously plan the next evaluation.
Display/Change Evaluation
You select an evaluation and choose
(Display/Change Evaluation
).
In the subsequent dialog box you change the desired evaluation data such as, for example, the evaluation date and evaluation time and choose Continue
to save the changes.
Note
You may not enter a future date for evaluations which have been executed.
