Cancelling an Entry
You can cancel an entry in the nursing plan. This can be necessary because, for example, you have mistakenly created and saved an entry.
To cancel blocks in a nursing plan, proceed as follows:
Select an entry in the navigation area.
Choose the following:
in the navigation area
(Cancel Entry
) or
in the detail area on the
Properties
tab page (Delete Property
) or
in the detail area on the
Connections
tab page (Delete Connection
).
In the subsequent dialog box enter a cancellation reason and choose Continue
.
Note
If the organizational unit-related parameter (OU-parameter) N1CANNPE exists, the system presets the cancellation reason with this value.
The system cancels the selected entry and all subordinate entries with the entered cancellation reason. It sets the status to “canceled”.
If one of the entries to be canceled is of the “nursing procedure” basic catalog category, the system will execute the following actions:
If generated nursing services already exist for this entry, the system cancels all nursing services which belong to this nursing procedure, regardless of their status. This means the system may also cancel services which have already been released.
The system presets the cancellation reason of the services with the same cancellation reason as the nursing plan entries.
Caution
If one of the nursing services to be canceled is locked, the system cannot cancel all entries.
If Suspensions already exist, the system cancels all these suspensions.
If cycles already exist for this entry, the system cancels these cycles. See Cycle Processing
The system returns to the nursing plan.
Note
In the Show Canceled Entries
function the system only displays the canceled entries which you actually saved before the cancellation. The system deletes entries which you cancel and have not yet been saved.
