Using an Oracle Database

The following adjustments must be made if an Oracle database is used:

Configuration file ds-embedded.properties :

datasource.driver=${datasource.driver.oracle}
datasource.driver.oracle=oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleDriver
datasource.url.oracle=jdbc\:oracle\:thin\:@${datasource.server}\:${datasource.port}\:${datasource.dbName}
datasource.server=localhost
datasource.port=1521
…

Configuration file data\oracle\build.properties :

db.name=${db.host}:${db.port}/${db.sid}
db.dialect=oracle

Using SAP S/4

The following prerequisites exist if you want to use an SAP S/4-compatible version:

• all clients have to be updated to an SAP S/4-compatible version
• at least Export POSLog version 2.2 has to be used for the export
