You can use Transport Organizer Web UI to edit and manage transports for non-ABAP systems.
The Transport Organizer Web UI consists of the following areas:
Header and Message Areas
Display and Selection of Search Criteria
View Selection Area and Related Links
Search Result and Work Area
Overview
Details View
The header area displays the system and client where Transport Organizer Web UI is called and the user that is logged on to the system. The header area displays a link to the Help Center that allows you to include your own help topics. A link to the Application Help delivered by SAP is provided in the Worth Knowing section.
The message area displays status messages for executed actions.
The Search Criteria area is hidden by default. You can display it using Display Search Criteria.
Additional search criteria are displayed using Display Advanced Search Criteria.
For more information, see Searching for and Displaying Transport Requests.
The View Selection area and Related Links are hidden by default. You can display them by clicking on the small black triangle next to the Search Result and Work Area.
You can select the following views:
General Views
Allows you to group the transports displayed in the Search Result and Work Area according to Transport Requests (this is the default view), or Transport Collections, if you are using central CTS as the technical infrastructure of Change Request Management or Quality Gate Management of SAP Solution Manager.

Here you can navigate to important functions that you may also need when working with Transport Organizer Web UI, such as Transport Management System (transaction STMS). Clicking on a link in the box opens the corresponding function using SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC) for HTML.
The result of a search is displayed in a list in the Overview area. Here you can edit transport requests. You can expand and collapse the list and refresh and personalize the display. If you select a transport request, the relevant detailed information is displayed in the Details view.
You can execute the following tasks in the Overview area:
The bottom half of the screen provides you with display and editing functions on tab pages.
You can switch between the tab pages using the left and right arrow keys. Use the up and down arrow keys to jump between the items in your work area.
Before you can make changes on the tab pages, you must switch to change mode. For more information, see Changing Transport Requests.
After you have made changes on the tab pages, you can validate them. This way you can check the correctness of your entries without having to save the changes. If errors are found they are displayed in the message area. Some tabs have a Validation status column that displays the status using icons. For the changes to take effect, you must save them. You can undo changes that you have made on the tab pages, but which you have not yet saved.
The following tab pages are available:
Properties
On this tab page you can display the properties (such as the description, owner, or target system) of the selected transport requests, and change these properties, if required.
Attributes
On this tab page you can display, change, add, and delete attributes that identify the transport request more closely.
Attributes that were assigned externally are only shown in display mode.
Mandatory attributes can also be defined. If this is the case, a request can only be released when the mandatory attributes have been added to the transport request and, if required, an attribute value has been specified.
For more information about request attributes, see Request Attributes.
Object List
On this tab page you can display the list of objects that belong to a transport request or a task.
You can edit the object list. You can add or delete file objects.
For more information, see Attaching Non-ABAP Objects to Transport Requests.
Logs
Once you have released a transport request, you can use this tab page to track the status of the transport. Selecting the system displays the associated transport logs.
Preselection
You can highlight the selected transport request as the default for your user or other users. For more information, see Preselecting Transport Requests.
This tab page is only visible if the system for which you are displaying transport requests is a system that is managed by central CTS.
It provides information on the transport collections to which the transport request is assigned and on projects, if the transport collection is assigned to a project. Selecting the collection ID link opens the SAP Transport Manager on SAP Solution Manager (central CTS server) where you get more information on the transport collection.
