Searching for and Displaying Transport Requests (CTS_ORGANIZER)

When calling Transport Organizer Web UI (CTS_ORGANIZER), the system runs an initial search for transport requests. The result of the search appears as a text in the message area. Transport requests that are found are displayed under Search Results and Work Area.

The request search is provided for more complex request selections. You can reach this from the initial screen of Transport Organizer Web UI using the Display Search Criteria link.

1. Start Transport Organizer Web UI.

2. To show the search criteria, choose Display Search Criteria.

3. Enter the search criteria for which you want to search.

   You can search according to transport requests, to owners, and to the status of transport requests.

4. Optional: To search according to further search criteria, select the relevant link.

   You can define more search criteria, such as transport request type or attributes of transport requests.

5. To start the search, select Search or Search and Hide Search Criteria as required.

The transport requests that are found are displayed in the overview. The search criteria are either displayed or hidden depending on the option that you selected. If you selected Search and Hide Search Criteria and no transport requests were found, the search criteria area is still displayed.

Reset Search Criteria resets the search criteria to the values with which Transport Organizer Web UI was started.
