Web Dynpro provides a framework for personalizing applications. As Transport Organizer (CTS_ORGANIZER) is a Web Dynpro application, it offers the default options for personalizing general settings as well as options for personalizing view-specific settings. Personalization in Transport Organizer Web UI offers different options for adjusting the layout in the Search Result and Work Area to your requirements. You can, for example, define which columns in the list are to be displayed or according to which criteria the displayed transport requests are grouped.

A dialog box opens with the following tabs:
General Settings
View-Specific Settings
Make your changes on the tab pages as desired. For more information on the options you have on the tab pages, refer to the sections below.
To confirm your settings, choose Save.
Personalizing General Settings
On this tab you can add columns to and remove columns from the list as well as change the sequence of the columns. You can also reset to the default settings.
Personalizing View-Specific Settings
On this tab you can change the grouping criteria for the transport requests.
The default grouping is
.You can change the order of the grouping criteria by moving them up and down the list as well as hide grouping criteria by removing them from the list.
The system saves the grouping criteria for your user in the system for which you have called Transport Organizer Web UI. Reset resets the grouping criteria to the default setting.
You can change the number of visible rows in the Overview area. Up to 99 rows are allowed. Reset resets the number of visible rows to the default value of 10.
