 Real Estate Contract (Actual Infrastructure)

Definition

Assignments of real estate contracts to a force element to map the real estate objects transferred to this force element for usage.

Use

You use real estate contracts in the central system to map the real estate objects (buildings, pieces of land, and so on) transferred to a force element for usage.

Structure

The following fields are displayed on the Real Estate Contracts tab page in the Structures Workbench (transaction /ISDFPS/INFRA1) in the Assigned Real Estate Contracts screen area:

  • Contract / Contract Name

    Assigned contract.

  • Contract Type / Description of Contract Type

    Type of assigned contract.

  • Company Code

    Company Code

  • Start Date / End Date

    Validity period of the assignment

  • Contract Start Date / End of Term

    Start and end date of the assigned contract.

  • Status

    Status of the assignment. See also Status Networks . You can change the assignment status by choosing this pushbutton.

  • Actual Infra.

    If this indicator is activated, the system takes this contract into account in the authorized/actual comparison for infrastructure when determining the actual infrastructure.

  • Comments

    You can create your own text for the assignment.

  • System Status

    System status of the assigned contract.

  • User Status

    User status of the assigned contract.

Storage

These assignments are stored in FORCER framework tables.

Integration

  • You can display details for an assigned real estate contract by selecting the required object in the selection area.

  • The objects used here originate from the Flexible Real Estate Management component (RE-FX). For more information, see SAP Library under Start of the navigation path SAP ERP Central Component Next navigation step Financials Next navigation step Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) End of the navigation path .

  • You can also display assignments of real estate contracts to force elements using the RE Navigator application (transaction RE80). The Defense Forces & Public Security component enhances this application to include the object type-specific overview DFPS_CN_SE using the Customizing settings of Flexible Real Estate Management with the BC Set /ISDFPS/BC_RE_RE80_OVERVIEWS.

  • You can also display these assignments based on a contract. For this, you can enhance the Overviews tab page in the RE Navigator application (transaction RE80) with the function module /ISDFPS/REFX_GUI_FORCER_PBO using the Customizing settings for the Flexible Real Estate Management component.
