Definition

Detailed information about all real estate assigned to a force element through real estate contracts (actual infrastructure).

Use

On this tab page, you can obtain a detailed overview of the measurements and fixtures and fittings of the real estate objects assigned to the force element.

Structure

Various modes are available on the Real Estate tab page of the Structures Workbench (transaction /ISDFPS/INFRA1):

  • Usage View

    This mode has two display options:

    • The Measurements screen area displays the contract measurements for all contracts of the force element together with the measurements for all rental objects in these contracts. Rental objects and measurements for the rental object are displayed in separate rows.

    • The Equipment screen area displays the fixtures and fittings for the affected buildings and rental objects.

  • Architecture

    This mode displays the contract measurements for all contracts of the force elements together with the measurements for the architectural objects in the contract. From the rental objects for the contract, the system determines the architectural objects directly assigned and displays their measurements (proportionately if required). Each architectural object and measurement is displayed in a separate row.

In both modes, you can call up the detailed information by selecting an entry.

  • Compressed Usage View/Architecture View

    You can use the usage type or function to compress data in both modes. In this case, the name of the rental object or the object of the architectural view is no longer displayed, only the object type and its function. The Number field shows the number of cumulated objects. The measurements of the objects are totaled accordingly.

  • Usage View Compressed Hierarchically

    This view compresses the usage view to the corresponding usage type for each building and piece of land. Buildings or pieces of land for the same function are not compressed further. The system displays a compressed usage view for each building and piece of land in the hierarchy.

  • Buildings/Land: Compressed View

    This view summarizes the rental objects for all buildings and pieces of land with the same function independent of the usage type. The system displays compressed data for each function of a building or piece of land.

Integration

The real estate contracts assigned to the force element are displayed on the Real Estate Contracts tab page.
