Checks and Follow-Up Actions for Status Change If you change the status of a force element in the
Structures Workbench
, checks and follow-up actions are triggered for Accounting components.
In Customizing, you have set up the required checks and follow-up actions. For more information, see Checks for Status Change and Follow-Up Actions After Status Change .
The following checks are available for Accounting as standard:
Check CO objects infotype 1001 (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_HIER_01)
The system checks whether CO objects (infotype 1001) exist for the force elements concerned.
Check CO objects infotype 1008 (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_ROOT_01)
The system checks whether CO objects (infotype 1008) exist for the root force elements concerned.
Check WBS element (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_WBS_02)
The system checks whether WBS elements exist for the force elements concerned.
Check WBS element for operational force element (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_WBS_01)
The system checks whether WBS elements exist for the operational force elements concerned.
Check cost center lock for plan posting (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_CCTR_03)
The system checks whether a posting lock against planning data exists in the cost center assigned to a force element.
The check log lists the cost centers concerned.
Note
See also the follow-up action called
Workflow notification for cost center lock against plan posting.
Check cost center lock for actual posting (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_CCTR_04)
The system checks whether a posting lock against actual data exists in the cost center assigned to a force element.
The check log lists the cost centers concerned.
Note
See also the follow-up action called
Workflow notification for cost center lock against actual posting.
Check profit center locks (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_PRCTR_09)
The system checks whether the profit center that is assigned to a force element is locked.
The check log lists the profit centers concerned.
Check funds center derivation (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_FUND_01)
The system checks whether a funds center derivation exists for the cost centers assigned to a force element.
The check log lists the force elements for which no funds center derivation was found.
Check cost center assignment in assets (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_ASSET_01)
The system checks whether the cost center assignments of the force elements concerned match the cost center assignments of the assets that have been assigned indirectly by means of the master equipment.
Check: Organizational measure can be reset (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_AC_OBJEX_01)
The system checks whether cost centers, profit centers, a cost center group, and a profit center group are assigned to the force element. An organizational measure can only be reset if there are no assignments.
Check: Main business entity for force element (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_RE_MAINBE)
The system checks whether just one business entity is marked as the main business entity for a force element at any one time. See also Creating and Assigning Addresses .
Check: Infrastructure objects (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHG_RE_INFRA)
The system checks whether the assignments for modeling the authorized and actual infrastructures (including correction values) of a force element are consistent and whether they can be used for the authorized/actual comparison .
The following follow-up actions are available for Accounting:
Workflow notification for Funds Management (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_FUND_01)
The system triggers a workflow for the person responsible for Funds Management.
See also Workflow for Funds Center Derivation .
Remove cost center lock on plan posting (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_CCTR_01)
The system automatically removes the cost center locks against plan postings. The locks that you have explicitly defined for the relevant cost center type in Controlling Customizing are not affected by this.
Remove cost center lock: actual posting (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_CCTR_02)
The system removes the cost center locks against actual postings. The locks that you have explicitly defined for the relevant cost center type in Controlling Customizing are not affected by this.
Remove profit center locks (class /ISDFPS/CL_STACHUP_AC_PRCTR_09)
The system removes the profit center locks.
Note
Note that in the sequence of follow-up actions, the profit center must be unlocked before the assigned cost center can be unlocked.
Transfer description and address from force element to cost center (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_CCTR_04)
The addresses of the force elements (
Stationing
tab page in the
Structures Workbench
) are copied to the address fields of the assigned cost centers (
Address
tab page in the cost center master record).
Delimit cost centers (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_CCTR_03)
The system delimits the cost center of the force element to the end of the year and locks the cost center against postings after the delimitation date.
Adjust cost center in asset (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_ASSET_01)
If the cost center assignments for assets assigned indirectly by means of master equipment do not match the cost center assignments of the force elements, the system adjusts them.
Lock cost centers against posting (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_CCTR_08)
The system locks the cost center of the force element against postings. This lock applies to plan and actual postings.
Delete cost centers and profit centers (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_CCTR_07)
The system deletes costs centers and profit centers if the linked force element has been deleted with the status
Planned
.
Before deleting, the system checks whether relationships exist to other business objects. Cost centers or profit centers with dependent objects are not deleted. The system displays an appropriate message in the log.
Passing addresses from main business entity to force element (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_RE_COYADR)
The system passes the addresses of the assigned main business entity to the relevant force element. See also Creating and Assigning Addresses .
Workflow notification: Adjust RE contracts (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_RE_ADJ_CON)
When an organizational structure is changed, the system triggers a workflow that informs the agent responsible for assigning real estate contracts and force elements that it might be necessary to adjust affected assignments. The work item contains the data of the force elements involved.
For more information about the workflow, see also Changing Real Estate Contract .
Workflow notification for cost center lock against plan posting (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_CCTR_05)
As an alternative to the check for
cost center locks against plan postings
, a workflow can be triggered for the person responsible for the cost center. This workflow informs the person responsible for the cost centers that the cost centers assigned to the force elements and whose status is to be changed are locked for plan postings.
In the standard system, this function module is not active. When the function module is activated, the check for
cost center locks against plan postings
must be deactivated.
For more information, see Workflow for Cost Center Lock on Planned Costs .
Workflow notification for cost center lock against actual posting (class /ISDFPS/CL_STAFUP_AC_CCTR_06)
As an alternative to the check for
cost center locks against actual postings
, a workflow can be triggered for the person responsible for the cost center. This workflow informs the person responsible for the cost centers that the cost centers assigned to the force elements and whose status is to be changed are locked for actual postings.
In the standard system, this function module is not active. When the function module is activated, the check for
cost center locks against actual postings
must be deactivated.
For more information, see Workflow for Cost Center Lock Against Actual Costs .
