Function documentationStaffing Overview: Dates

This function provides an overview of the roles and the resources assigned to them in a project. This is especially important if you are a project lead. You can view the resource availability and the staffings at a glance and make modifications as required. This helps you to adapt your project to staffing changes. You can check which tasks the resources are assigned to and you can view the start and finish dates of the role, staffing, task assignment, or candidate. You carry out the activities by left-clicking on (Menu).

Note Note

You can also display resource information in graphical format. For more information, see Resource Management Graphics.

End of the note.
