You manage your requisitions using Requisition Management.
In a requisition, you determine the jobs or positions to be filled, the number of persons to be hired, and the prerequisites candidates must fulfill to occupy a job or position. In addition, you specify the persons who are to be involved in searching for candidates and their roles within the recruitment process. By assigning a process template, you can determine how the recruitment process is to run for each requisition.
Requisition management contains the following process steps:
You create the questionnaires that you want to assign to the requisition using the process template. The questionnaires contain questions that the candidates should or must answer during the recruitment process.
You create the process flow of the recruitment process using a process template . You assign the previously created questionnaires to the process template.
You create the requisition and assign a process template to it.
Depending on the authorization, the rest of the process flow can vary:
You release the requisition.
If you do not have authorization to release a requisition, you must request a change of status by a recruiter .
You forward the requisition to a recruiter for completion and further processing .
