Questionnaires allow you to put specific questions to candidates, managers or other persons electronically. These persons answer the questions and the responses are stored. You can then view and evaluate the completed questionnaires.
When creating questionnaires, you can configure the appearance and content on an individual basis. You can store all texts in questions and questionnaires in the languages that are specified in Customizing as available languages for SAP E-Recruiting and thus provide different language versions.
Questionnaires are created by the recruiter.
SAP delivers two categories of questionnaire:
Questionnaires of the
Evaluable Information
category contain general questions for candidates.
Questionnaires in the
Equal Employment Information
category are used in connection with
Equal Employment Opportunities
(EEO).
Questionnaires support the recruitment process. You can request information from candidates who are assigned to a requisition with questionnaires. Completed questionnaires are stored in the system and can then be evaluated.
The system can automatically rank questionnaires of the
Evaluable Information
category by ranking the responses to questions. This gives you a list of candidates sorted by their suitability for the job. In addition,
prequalification
of candidates is performed, which means that a candidate can be flagged as unsuitable for a job on the basis of the responses in the questionnaire.

Equal Employment Information
category enable you to collect and report on EEO-specific information in compliance with the rules governing
Equal Employment Opportunities
.
These are questionnaires that support you in
Talent Relationship Management
(TRM). You can request information from candidates from the Talent Pool with questionnaires, even if you are not assigned to a requisition. Completed questionnaires are stored for the relevant candidates in the system and can then be evaluated.
Questionnaires that have been completed in connection with the TRM can be evaluated using
automatic ranking
of the responses. As a result, you receive a list of candidates sorted according to their answers.
You can perform the following functions using questionnaires:

Status concept for questions and questionnaires
Integrate the questionnaire in the application wizard so that it has to be filled directly with the application of the candidate
Send the questionnaire to candidates by e-mail in Recruitment or in Talent Relationship Management
Fill out the questionnaire as the recruiter in an interview
Preview of questionnaires and display of completed questionnaires
Ranked list of candidates according to their responses in questionnaires of the category
