Definition

Templates that consist of a specified sequence of processes with assigned activity types. A process template is linked with a requisition or an application group and supports the recruiter when performing a standard recruitment process.

Use

You assign the process template to a requisition when you create the requisition. You can also assign a process template to several requisitions if the same recruitment process is required in each case.

With the tasks that are stored in the process template, you can design a uniform recruitment process within an organization or for similar requisitions. To do this, you must make available to the recruiters each of the relevant activity types from the total of all activity types. The recruiter can then use activities from the process template assigned to the requisition, depending on the situation.

Basic Data

The basic data includes the description, status, person responsible, and creation date.

Activities

A process template consists of processes in a specified sequence. A set of activity types is assigned to each process. Questionnaire templates and letter templates can be assigned to the activity types.

Example

You want to record in the process template that candidates who apply for the job posting in a requisition can be invited to two job interviews and an assessment center . To do so, you record the necessary activity types in the process template and assign these to the requisition. The recruiter can then use these activity types from the process template for the recruitment process.
