You use this process to create a requisition and forward it to a recruiter for further processing.
This can be the case, for example, if you are familiar with the description of the job vacancy and the candidate requirements, but you prefer that a recruiter takes care of the actual recruitment tasks.
A requisition is a prerequisite for creating
job postings
and their
publications
.
You have the authorizations to create a requisition that are stored in the
Requester
role.
You choose the
Enter and Forward
function under
Requisitions
on your
Personal Pages
. The system displays by default a list of the requisitions to which you have access. These are the requisitions for which you are a member of the support team.
You choose
Create Requisition
. The system opens the assistant (container sequence) for creating a requisition.
You enter the
basic data
,
job details
, and
payment information
on the
General Job Information
tab page.
You assign concrete positions or jobs for an organizational unit to the requisition on the
Organizational Data
tab page. If necessary, you determine the number of jobs and specify a
cost center
to which the costs incurred with the requisition can be posted.
Note
Entering a cost center is just for information purposes and is not linked with any system activities.
On the
Recruiter
tab page, you assign a recruiter to whom you want to forward the requisition and who will further process and release the requisition.
On the
Job Requirements
tab page, you enter the skills and qualifications that a prospective candidate must have.
On the
Education Requirements
tab page, you enter the education courses a prospective candidate must have completed.
If required, you upload electronic documents on the
Attachments
tab page to complete the requisition.
You check your entries on the
Data Overview
tab page. The system displays all entries for the requisition in a form.
On the
Forward
tab page, you send the requisition for further processing to the assigned recruiter.
You have created the requisition and sent it for further processing to a recruiter. You cannot make any more changes to this requisition. You can find out the current status of the requisition using the list of requisitions. In addition, the recruiter is displayed to whom you have forwarded the requisition.
The recruiter checks the requisition, completes it, and then releases it. The recruiter is then responsible for the actual recruitment process.
