Entry document

If you selected several entry documents before executing this function, all wastes from the selected entry documents are transferred. The same wastes are combined to form one item. However, a waste is only transferred if at least one of the following conditions is fulfilled:

  • The waste occurs in a disposal channel that has been assigned to the waste approval.
  • The waste code for the waste approval has been assigned to the waste in specification management (see Editing Waste Code Assignments).

Waste quantities

Entry document: Outgoing qty field

The waste quantity is transferred to the Outgoing qty field. If you have selected several entry documents, the waste quantities of the same wastes are added up in the items in the disposal document.

Waste management business partner

Waste approval

Only waste management business partners that are marked as disposal document-relevant in the waste approval are transferred.

Caution

The waste generator and other waste management business partners that have been assigned to the entry document are not automatically transferred to the disposal document. If you want these waste management business partners to be transferred to the disposal document, you must choose a waste approval in which these waste management business partners are marked as disposal document-relevant.

Activities

Proceed as follows if you want to create a disposal document for one or more entry documents:

  1. In the Waste Management menu, choose Disposal processing ® Display.

The Choose Entry Document Category dialog box appears.

Note

This dialog box only appears the first time that you access disposal processing after you have logged on to the SAP System. The next time you access disposal processing, the system automatically uses the entry document category that you chose last time.

Note

If you mainly display and edit entry documents of one entry document category, you can predefine this entry document category in your user profile.

  1. Choose the entry document category of the entry documents for which you want to create the disposal document and confirm your entry.

The Disposal Processing Display screen appears.

  1. Enter the search criteria for the entry documents (see Searching for Entry Documents), and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text and This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The Disposal Processing Change screen appears.

  1. Select the required entry documents and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Create document with approval in the function list.
  2. The Disposal processing: Disposal document screen appears.

  3. Enter data as required. Note the following:
  1. Confirm your entries.

The disposal document is created. If you have set the Call report information system indicator, the report information system is called. You can print the disposal document from there right away by selecting the disposal document and choosing Report ® Print.
