Document required for transporting a
waste.
Use
You can print disposal documents and give them to the waste transporter in order to fulfill requirements in laws and regulations. You can also use disposal documents internally in your enterprise, for example for documentation purposes.
Each disposal document corresponds to a document in the system in which, for example, the return of the disposal document can be documented (see
Monitoring and Documentation of the Disposal Document Return). In addition, the system creates the waste life-cycle analysis on the basis of the data in the disposal documents. You should therefore create a disposal document even if you do not have to print it (for example, when waste transporters bring the disposal document with them).Structure
Each disposal document belongs to a
disposal document type. In Customizing for Waste Management, you can specify various disposal document types in the IMG activity Specify Disposal Document Types and enter data for each disposal document type that controls data entry and further processing of the data in the SAP disposal documents component.
