Use

On the disposal processing initial screen, a dialog box appears in which you must choose the entry document category of the entry documents that you want to display or edit. If you mainly display or edit entry documents of one entry document category, you can predefine this entry document category in your user profile.

Prerequisites

You have specified the entry document category that you want to predefine in your user profile in the IMG activity Specify Document Categories in Customizing for Waste Management.

Procedure

  1. Choose System ® User profile ® Own data ® Parameters.
  2. Enter EHSWAP_EHC in the Parameters field and the entry document category in the Value field.
  3. Save your entries.

Result

The system automatically uses the entry document category you entered on the disposal processing initial screen. The dialog box in which you have to enter the entry document category on the initial screen is no longer displayed.

Note

The values you have set in your user profile are not taken into account until the next time you log on to the SAP System.
