Under the General data tab, maintain the following data and settings:
In the group box Status, you can tell from the identification code RESI (residential lease-out) or the identification code COMM (commercial lease-out) System status, whether you are creating a residential lease-out or commercial lease-out. This setting was automatically defined by the usage type of the rental unit.
By means of Edit
Depending on the Usage type and the Contract type, you enter the required Adjustment type for the rent adjustment.

You have to specify the calculation base for the adjustment method in the lease-out: Press ENTER to enter the data so far maintained into the system. Choose Goto -> Adjustments -> Adjustment types or double-click on the Adjustment type field. You have to set the gradings for each condition type when editing the conditions |
If you want to exclude certain conditions of the lease-out from the chosen adjustment time-dependently, you can determine these using the Adjustment block function.

Enter the required renewal options.
This data forms the basis of the Lease-out renewal function with which you may easily extend selected lease-outs according to the settings entered here.
